Jesus. Sorry to hear that. Fucking awful thing to see. Does my nut how selfish drivers are about dying animals in the road. Kudos to the woman who tried to help.

Fucking grim ride to work this morning happening upon cat that had been hit by a car near Lidl in Lewisham and was still alive and flapping around like fish in the road with blood everywhere, kids were crying and people screaming and an amazing lady was trying to grab it whilst cars were swerving to drive around it.
I couldn't even think what you could do in a situation like that and was in tears for most of the journey in with combo of the fucking horror plus thinking I'd be just as useless even if that was my cat dying in the road. Still kills me now.
RIP kitty.
