I think that's what I need to check. I've got some upper shoulder pain on the Condor rather than lower back, so thinking moving the saddle back/layback should put the setback in a position where it takes the pressure off my upper back.
In short, the Colnago is really comfy on the arse but needs a longer stem/compacts, the Condor is comfy on the hands but not the arse so needs a layback. I think.
Cage wise I've got some tortec ones for now.
Size wise, I was planning to put a longer stem on and compacts, I've got a 100mm and compacts on my Condor and it fits really nice, it's not so much about bringing the hoods back as the position of the hoods on the bars.
Back then the seatpost was waaaay too low down, current height is much more comfy/how it should be. I am however a fair bit t-rex with a slightly shitty neck so a larger frame with compacts brings the bars up high but not too far away.
