God, I dunno. I'm a medium in regular clothes clothes and it was too big for me. I take a large in most cycling jerseys (Assos, Le Coq Sportif) but I don't like them mega tight.
I'd say if you take a large normally, this will do.
You could give it a go. If you don't like it, I'll refund plus postage.
