Although I can't confirm what it is, I can confirm what it is not, and its not Visp. Having had a look around the dimensions don't add up. It's similar in terms of weight and handling to a TC, and it matches it in dimensions in all but the Down Tube. Although it has a 1" headset to add to the confusion. Offers welcome anyway.
