Dependent on how you measure it, either a 51 or 53..
It's just the thicker tubes that make it look smaller. -

I too have one of these track frames.Mine is branded as an Albertini alupower.
Any idea what frames these are??

This frame is very fun to ride.
54cm ctc top tube, 57.5cm ctc seat tube, rear dropouts 120mm.
Extralight alloy 7020 ultra+ tubing. Oval top tube, clover downtube. Built by Hewitt Cycles in Lancashire, http://www.hewittcycles.co.uk/
Shimano BB, headset fitted - both a bit rough. Campagnolo seat post clamp. 1" Threadless steerer for Ahead stems.
No name carbon forks, drilled for front brake.
Original Hewitt steel forks included, drilled for front brake, hardly used.
Condition: structurally fine but quite a bit of scuffing marks to plastic coating over paint and chips to paint all over, see photos.
Collection in East London, or possibly consider posting.
Price drop to £160
No proper photos of it built up but this gives an idea.
