Sitting at the top of the hill looking over the pond in Richmond Park, nicely warmed in the sun, hardly a breeze...
Randomly the wind picks up from behind me, leaves and dust all getting picked up and I look to my left to see a 25ft column of spiraling rising debris pass across the path, giving a passing cyclist a bit of a wobble then fizzled out after travelling another 15 or so meters.
Apparently it's not the first time it's happened to this guy in the same place.
