I think polo needs another mod. I've asked to be de-modded quite a while ago but it hasn't happened yet. Maybe someone in the LHBPA could take on LHBPA access duties?

Thanks @dubkev I'll add those names but could people hold off paying for membership until we have set up an account (which we are in the process of doing) as it will be much easier to do it via a link instead of cash (so we can easily keep track of things). An email should be coming round in the next few days and a link will be posted up to show how to pay and what the whole deal with LHBPA membership is

The trouble is LHBPA is making descisions and the reason people want to join is to take part in those decisions.

By the way do you actually have a record of who paid previously and when their memberships will be up?

No decisions will be made without everyone who wants to having a say.

We should have everything set up for membership by the end of the week at most though I hope to sort it tonight and send out emails/pms to everyone.

Yup I've got the old membership list at home and hundreds of emails to send stuff to. Very few if any have paid membership left though I need to check the list tonight to be 100% on that
