Not exactly:

Comparing 46cm V1 to L size V2. V1 with outlines and V2 with grey color.

Kudos for putting together that over layed diagram.

In terms of fit - the rear is almost identical. Wheel base is the same, so I'm guessing no difference in how it handles.

Looks like the head tube angle and effect on top tube that is the biggest difference.
