So, here we have what I believe is a Track Champ, albeit with different dimensions. It has the same seat clamp, cutout on seat tube and general geometry, however the down tube is a lot thicker than your average TC. If anyone has any suggestions as to what it might be, please shout it out!
So when I got it, the whole thing was sticker bombed. I decided to sand it down with the intention of polishing it, however she's only used for commuting so decided to keep the rat look to deter thieves. The look has quite grown on me.
Frame set itself is very solid, definitely as stiff if not stiffer than its predecessor, my old track champ. Forks are generic carbon and drilled. What's included;
-F&F, etc (54 ST, 55 TT; I'm 5'11" and it fits nicely)
-Stronglight 52t cranks and M520s (Can swap for Wellgo pedals with cages)
-Deda Piega bars and 3TTT stem
-Mavic Open Pro laced to Dura Ace 7600 low-flange double-fixed hub. BLB 18t.
-Tekro brake calliper&lever.
Note that I am not including a front wheel. Hopefully this isn't a deal breaker.
It needs to be posted so that accounts for ~£30 of this price.
I'm looking for £265. Think this isn't too far off the mark. I don't know. Feel free to comment with abuse if this isn't so. Alike, questions are welcomed. Thanks.
