Just as a polite request (feel free to ignore as there will be loads of opinions) but the last caps were a tad on the tight side. If there is any chance of having them a bit bigger that would be great
Cap sizing is impossible to pre-determine.
They seem to vary regardless of the feedback I give. First batch were too large, 2nd too small, and so on.
It's a classic one-size-fits-all where the elastic is supposed to solve it. It may be that this batch is larger, I won't know until I've received a sample and even then the actual production run may still vary slightly without any recourse for having them adjusted.
Caps unfortunately are too low-margin for high tolerances in production to really be applied or considered a part of the quality control.
That's just the reality.
