cool 70's decals - 1980's frame i think. It has been stripped back since photo, frame and forks is what you get.
I couldn't find much out about the frame builder. It's not that light at 3.5kg, and the seatpost is somewhere about 26.5mm, so maybe not 531?
It did have some quality Campagnolo parts on it, so someone must've loved it back in the 80's!
