I thought they must be custom as the 'Net doesnt bring up much about them, only a handful of threads on similar forums but enough info I guess for a solid background. I'm currently building up a French track frame and I kid you not I literally cannot find a thing about the frame builder, or even the rider!
Did have a look at the bb shell and there are numbers stamped albeit very feint. Will have another look at the lugs to see if I can find the frame angles you mentioned.
