Still a bit of work to do on my position still I think, might take the front down a cm or so and have already lowered the saddle slightly which was considerably more comfortable on the ride in this morning.

Really need to sort out a decent skinsuit as well - thinking about one of the Nopinz supersuits...

I wouldn't go any lower at the front than that. Get yourself a proper helmet as well.

Need to try some other helmets again - had a Javelin before the bambino but my long neck seemed to stop me from getting my head low when I shrugged my shoulders.
