I just use purple extreme; I take them off shoes; disassemble and clean every couple of weeks though ..

Lol fuuuck that. Will any dry lube do or does it have to be Teflon? Got some of that squire wax chain lube.

I use that red stuff I posted because that's what @scherrit said to use and he knows his Speedplay.
