I had the same problem with a stuck BB in an old steel frame. Made a large cut in it with a power saw an hammered it out with a chisel and a heavy hammer. Done it that way for couple of times and works well. Just be careful you don't ruin your frame...

put some effort into it then!
and remember, if you put the wrong cup in the wrong way, you might still be trying to tighten, not loosen - think about it before giving the hammer!
