Anyone watch that Italy on a Plate (or something similar sounding) thing with Andrew Graeme-Dixon and Giorgio Locatelli? I know it's essentially The Trip sans irony but they've been doing them a while, they have a nice genuine friendship vibe going on and some of the food (and art) looks great. One of the dishes that I really dug the look of was a really super simple Orecchiette with turnip tops cooked in garlic and chilli. That's literally all it was, four ingredients. I've made it a few times now but with blanched spring greens in place of the turnip tops. I served it to 8 people last night with the courgette, rocket, basil and parmesan salad from the Polpo book on the side and it went down a storm.
