If you want deeps just buy planet x ones. Can't be beaten for price and performance.
IMO deep rims are massive overkill (especially if you're not racing)- I hardly ever use my disc/deep front wheelset for racing. Pretty much always race and train on my mavic reflex / dura ace hubs wheel set. If I had to have one set of wheels it would be them - stiff, fast, easy/cheap to repair.
