WANTED: 56-58cm utility bike

I want to buy or build a bike for my brother. He is 6 foot so I think I want a 58cm frame but might get away with a 56. I want to use an internal gear hub, probably Alfine. Ideally I'd like disc brakes. The bike is to be used in hilly Cornwall and will carry and tow a fair bit of weight. It will be used on and off road, though nothing very extreme, just gravel paths etc. I've been looking out for a Genesis, On One, Surly etc. But so far haven't found what I'm looking for. I've got a fairly limited budget for this, ideally around £300. Is it possible? Does anyone have what I'm looking for or something to go towards a build? (I saw some Alfine disc wheels for sale on here a couple of months ago if I do build). Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Pawel, I'll pass on this one though as I think I have found a Pompetamine ready to ride and built up with Alfine for £275. Glws
