Had a second viewing of a place no one would touch last night.
It's been on the market for 4 weeks at an inflated asking.
2nd viewing at 6pm last night "TBH you are the only people interested in this place"
Phone call to make an offer this morning "we've had an offer close to asking"

Pretty sure he has made up a phantom offer because he knew we were going to go for it and would likely go in low.
