Northies there is a meeting tonight for the lhbpa to decide how much of the remaining bank balance to sink into a permanent court structure at HH.

There's around 3.4k left in the bank, we're looking at putting around 80% of that into pipe fencing, phenolic ply boards, plexiglass, etc. Hopefully HH would also help financially if we have a plan.

If you can't make the meeting, let ben Punkture know what you think, and he'll read it out at the meeting.

For those who do not check all threads. The HH court did not survive the winds in the past few days and we will be taking it down and making the area safe this weekend.

please just let Ben know what you think if you can't make this evening. It's hard to arrange a meeting that everyone can make, it's been arranged for a while, and we need to move on because the existing court at HH is gone now.

Kevin: Thanks for the heads-up. I strongly oppose this idea. Herne Hill is too far from Central London. If LHBPA money is to go toward a court, that court should definitely be in Central London.

yeah no worries kev thats cool. How do you think people might feel about the lhpba when you organize meetings on a north polo night when the meeting is south? thats cool cos time is short on this issue too so is understandable but you said it has been arranged a while which seems not fair. Just something for next time. Also i'm happy for all money to be spent on a polo court in herne hill if it means people can play. But my membership might of expired anyhow and I was really into scrapping that!

Come on 1 more for some polo fun times at London's premier polo court (until they knock it down!)

They've regularly been held on Mondays, which is a souths night, and as far as I'm aware they've alternated venue North and South pretty evenly. So pretty often have been north on a south night.
Think this might be the first time it's South on a North night.
