Where can I find ACTUAL departure and arrival times for flights that have already happened?
Specifically want actual arrival times for these two flights:
S45541 25APR LGWPDL 1420 1925 (new schedule - flight via Paris)
S45540 02MAY PDLLGW 0840 1525 (new schedule - flight via Paris) -

Why is there two ways to route the rear derailleur cable on my off-road tourer?
1 Attachment
-
• #68108
I'm going to guess that the top routing is for a fully sheathed cable, the under BB is exposed cable, and it's because the frame builder was giving options in order to match potential road conditions.

Versatility?

Possibly for holding some spare spokes between the top 2?
-
• #68112
Presumably the main culprit is likely to be the H&L limit screws on the front derailleur, no?
Could be the angle of the front derailleur must've tilted slightly.

Or an internal 3 speed hubs with cassette.
Moar ranges.

Done it.

It's not completely enclosed, as along the top tube it's open. I.e lever-housing-open-housing-open-housing- derailleur.

Is it possible to cut a new thread on top of another one on a rear hub axle?
I have a Royce hub and it needs specific size track nuts, which cost a fortune. Would it be safe to cut a new 10x1 thread, so it can fit DA track nuts? If it is, who in London can do this?

A new axle strikes me as a more sensible option?
-
• #68118
Very true, didn't think about this option.

No.
If the original axle thread is M10×1.0, the Dura Ace ones should go straight on. If it's really 10mm×26TPI (Campagnolo ones are), an M10×1.0 nut will go on about 2 turns and then start to bind. Force it past that and you'll wreck the axle, the nut or both. First thing to do is to get a thread gauge and find out what you're dealing with. If the Royce axles really are 1.0mm pitch and the axle and nuts are not damaged and they are still tight, it suggests a tolerance problem. In that case, and only in that case, you can run an M10×1.0 die down the axle to cut it down to size. You can't cut a 26TPI thread with a 1.0mm pitch die (or tap) or vice versa, you just end up with an awful mess.
Of course, doing all that will be more expensive than just buying the Royce nuts to start with, in the hope that Royce hold their tolerances across production batches.

Best way to fit double strap toe clips?
http://www.fixedgeargallery.com/reviews/pedals/
Either side of the axle or both at back?
-
• #68121
Thanks for that info. Cliff said the thread is M10x1, so I thought DA would fit, they didn't. Then I bought VeloSolo tracknuts - the tracknut went on about 2 turns and that's it. I've lost one of the original royce tracknuts and the one I still have goes on both sides without any resistance, all the way, as it should. I would've bought a replacement, but last time I did that, it took about 4 weeks to receive the order.

Any dentist recommendations in South East London (Camberwell) or near my work (Fitzrovia) that will accept an NHS patient? I've frustratingly chipped a tooth, and haven't ever had a dentist in London so I'm not sure where to start.

I use the NHS reviews thing these days for dentists and doctors: http://www.nhs.uk/Service-Search/Dentists/Camberwell/Results/12/-0.07/51.482/3/3719?distance=25
Haven't had a duff surgery since

Good idea, forgot about that, thanks. I am a bit wary of those reviews, though, as often the motivation to write the review is questionable (either really good service despite not expecting much, or awful service).

Place on lordship lane is ok- I went, did not die, have full mouth of teeth.
Are the W & G flicks irritating because you've seen them so often or because they overplay some twee aspects of UK culture or... ?
