Carbon will have sprung back from the impact, alloy cup has not.
Not conclusive proof its going to fail, and TBH there is a cubic abundance of material round the front of most head tubes anyways, but, unless its going mad cheaps and you aren't going to be constantly thinking about it then probably wouldn't bother myself.
