Still got ITBS. Strengthening the VMO, aligning cleats properly (twice), stretching religiously and always being conscience not to use the outer muscles of my legs has made a difference. But the ITB is still as tight as ever, it's just that the other muscles are now strong enough to relieve some of the work. I'm not complaining too much because I can cycle and fence without much discomfort.
Today the specialist booked me in for an 'injection' next week. He said it dissolves something or the other. I hope it works.
