This frame makes no sense, but it's definitely very cool! Those stays are awesome.
Are these technically called drop outs because you can drop the rear wheel out without derailing the chain? As opposed to (track) fork ends where you have to first get the chain of the rear cog. What would @mdcc_tester have to say about this...
