The frame might be, but I bet the pedal spindles, bottom bracket spindle, track nuts, chain and many of the bolts are ferrous. Still plenty to cause a problem if they fire it up. Probably enough to quench the cooling system, which is Very Bad News unless you're happy breathing helium.
