The steerer on the Brick Lane forks is only 23omm long according to their website. And the rake is 45, not that it would make much of a difference.

And a question. What the consensus on reattaching C40 brake guides that have come off? Is there an epoxy that'll work?

I used a little drop of loctite on mine, it's holding for about 2 years now!

So many forks, alas! they are all too short for my needs.

Anyone ever mounted 25mm tyres on their C40?
It seems all clear but not sure about the chain stays clearance...

I'll stick with th3 black tyres. Tanwall makes it look too over the top. Makes me look more at the tyres than the actual beauty of the frame. Just my 2cents

I've got two related questions.

Will my C96 in red with Time carbon forks look OK with a Mutant stem that I couldn't resist buying at Ripley Bike Jumble a couple of weeks back?

Anyone wish to offer me a nice stem suitable for said job. 1" threadless (ideally, could do 1 1/8 with shim), 100mm long, that one that WimVDD posted looks acceptable!

The one I posted is 130 mm.
