I need (want) all of them, which seeing as my knee ligaments are buggered and it'll be a month at least until I can ride the bikes I already have, would be a bit pointless....
Still, saves me the trouble of robbing a bank.

Yes, it allows you to adjust the clearance between the rear wheel and the seat tube to ensure that you get maximum aeroz advantage. Of course, you need to know what the optimum setting is, which is hard to know in the absence of wind tunnel time.
