@SWijland I've not really had a chance to ride it in anger yet but the hed3's seem pretty stiff to me.
@Breso I'm running 53-39 and 11-28. I'm not too sure how much the wheels effect the gearing, once you're on it you forget it 650c, but I'm sure 53/11 will be enough for me.
