    I mainly use that on the bike really.

    It still Works better for me running. I just find the screens easier to set up and see. The cadence built into the HRM is good too. I've been trying to shorten my stride and increase my cadence. As the tendons on the backs of my legs are old and decrepid.

    Being connected to Your phone means it uploads to garmin Connect, and thus to Strava, and training peaks as soo as you are finished.
