Well, I have certainly enjoyed some of their output. Some of which I purchased from the distillery shop...
Which reminds me. I am going to be organising at least one Speyside distillery cycling ride again this year, possibly two. If anybody on this thread is interested, do let me know. Pictures from last years Brixton Nihilist Cycling Club visit to Speyside here.

But after drinking it neat I realized I'm a pussy (a beer person really) so now I'm drowning it in Bitter Lemon! Heresy I know :)

Try some Speyside. It has a sweeter taste and easier to get into than Highland (or Islay!).
A drop (and just a drop) of water will allow a lot more aroma and taste on your tongue. Have a wee sip, let it stay on the tongue and exhale. You'll pick up the flavours.
