As far as I can tell, if you want to boost your testosterone naturally you should: eat more red meat and offal, eat more fats (including saturated fats and especially HDL cholesterol ), supplement with cod liver oil and eat lots of green vegetables. Take a multi-vitamin.
Everything else is just hype that supplement companies use to get people to part with cash.
Also, lose weight, lower BF will help increase test. As will making sure you get a decent amount of sleep - 8 hours.
Slightly annoyingly, your test levels are likely to drop while actually cutting weight though.
