  • I'd not bother with DAA, think it's pretty much been proven to not do diddly.

    As far as I can tell, if you want to boost your testosterone naturally you should: eat more red meat and offal, eat more fats (including saturated fats and especially HDL cholesterol ), supplement with cod liver oil and eat lots of green vegetables. Take a multi-vitamin.

    Everything else is just hype that supplement companies use to get people to part with cash.

  • Also, lose weight, lower BF will help increase test. As will making sure you get a decent amount of sleep - 8 hours.
    Slightly annoyingly, your test levels are likely to drop while actually cutting weight though.
