Dat's a lotta French. Lots of good projects too!
Interested (ie provisional dibs) in the '653' if 54cm is ctt, but it looks more like ctc right?
Also, French bb and hs threading and 22.0 stem needed? -

Lots of france all from france. That '653' is a really nice frame. I left all the paper work back at home regarding the build dimensions and frame materials but it was one of the later reynolds tubings - 1992 ish. I can dig that out when I go back home to france. It came with a Deda quill conversion thing for a modern Deda stem, I can try and check that size and if its 54ctt later this afternoon.
The seat tube size should be 27.2 iirc. 98% sure on that.
If I was selling this frame on ebay which is too much hassle for me here in the uk and I had the paperwork, I'd expect 150 euros plus as this is one of the best steal frames I have put my hands on. I have almost all the classic frames from around the 70's and early 80's but this is a touch lighter, cleaner . Sure its not a classic and its been repainted all be it in paris professionally but as a frame to ride its very good. If it was a little larger I would be riding crits on it this year.
Lastly, yes the headset is really ugly. Anyway, measurements to follow.

would you post to a uk address ??

sorry not at these prices, my main goal is to get someone to take it all away with minimum fuss.
The purple frame would be not so bad to ship if someone paid an extra £20 as there's already a box but the rest is too much work.

That Parisian one is phwoar...if it's 653 it weighs nothing. Good luck with sale, must resist
I think it's a rarer headset maybe Stronglight. Saw one back in Dec with the name still on, but I forget.

Thanks for all the info!
Agreed on all points, it looks like quality and would be absolutely perfect for a project i'm working on, love the dainty seat stays. Just need to make sure the measurements are small enough! 52/53 cm ctc seattube and toptube are the ideal, as would non-French bb and hs (but that's probably asking for too much!). So yeah please let me know when you get a chance to measure it all up :-)
Thanks!

The seat post is 27.2, I know this because I found it and the seat!

Are you still selling the track wheels?
-
• #19
Interested in the red frame, if still going. Could you post a pic of the rear brake bridge? Any idea also on seat post size? (Sorry to be choosy over a £20 frame, no worries if it's too much hassle!!)

I am back in England and we want to clear out the shed and attic. A visitor with a car or van is most welcome, please buy it all! Location Henley on Thames
£ fixie conversion 70's peugeot. - SOLD
£40 shopping bike
Vintage french shopping bike with removable bars and seat post.
Has original tyres and chain guard.
Requires thinner bmx tyres, think both innertubes are ok (use white 1.75 ebay tyres)
Requires new brake cables inner and outer - brakes cables don't slide
Requires a crank bolt or two, as I put 3 piece cranks on to replace the old BB
Requires pedals (cant remember what type maybe I have them)
I was planning to make an awesome little bike but mother wants her shed space
£30 60cm peugeot 531 psn1o frame with stem, bars - original head set and bb included and seat clamp bolt
2 more photos available
£30 54ish cm HANDMADE in paris early 90's Reynolds tubed bike
I brought this for the parts, the guy had all the original paper work of his order, custom made to fit frame, he got it repainted and new parts put on at some point and thus the wonky stickers but look at seat clamp.
2 more photos available, guess its a mavic bb and a unknown headset.
£20 60cm awful fence paint job
some one wanted this and I left the country, so 'Poodles' has a first dib from last time
The paint was put on to stop it rusting as the old paint was worn off and the shed is a moist and things stay in there for years. All the frames and wheels got moved to the attic so that's no longer a problem. You can either repaint, or live with it. Eitherway the frame is solid and has a braze on front derailleur thing so its not junk.
£20 55cm (its either 54 or 56 I cant remember) frame with bb and headset french.
one side bb is campagnolo other side is stronglight.
It was packed up to post but that's when I planned on selling it for way more than £20
£50 fixed gear clincher wheel set, rather nice - attic stored.
mitch primato and rigida rims. bolts on back and 5mm key on front so track approved.
way more photos of these if you want them.
There are other things like a 3ttt 1980's bar stem for £10 http://i.imgur.com/IwofOC0.jpg
and derailleurs and a few saddles so if you pick up those can be sold too jumble sale style.
No postage as its all too cheap. Henley on Thames.
