135mm? Are you sure? Does the other side also have a lot of spacer too?
The answer to your question is yes. You may have to move the cones along the axle to get it where you want it.

I measured again and you´re very much right sir. I measured from the end of the axis before, so the correct measurement should be 126mm. Could I correct this 6mm by replacing the silver spacer with a smaller one?

Yes, but it will not fix your chain line as the center of the hub will not move relative to the bottom bracket. It will only (slightly) change the position of the dropouts. The hub will still be in the same place behind the seat tube and bottom bracket.
You would have to redish the wheel to change that. Possible, but a different solution to a different problem.
Hi guys and gals,
Just bought a nice back wheel with Campa Record and Rigida rim. The problem is that it has 135mm spacing, while my frame will only take 120mm. I can force it in, but then the chain line is screwed.
Is there any way to replace the axis (or take spacers out?) to make it 120mm?
