Good choice.
Alters and Integralters work best with thick alu tubing like yours. My only concern is what is the incline on these? i would have thought especially on a track bike you'd want - 17 degrees or more.
BTW : do you know how to use those Verniers? I don't which why mine are digital lol...

I like the horizontal flat on the bar, not sure the incline what is, i don't think it will be 17, I think these were mainly roadie sets, as they have cable holes,but i'v seen a few used on track builds, should be stiff,
the picture is vendors, so not my verniers, i do have digital and plain though...0)
