Belatedly, but stem on @ghostface 's Look looks like an ITM Open 800

I've got one and they are pretty nice stems, and the hinged mount is great as you don't have to scratch bars / remove tape. (Wouldn't want to use it with carbon bars though,in case you were thinking about that)
