We really love it here and have put a lot of work into it - moving the kitchen from the back of the house to the front, knocking through and creating that living space.
We are really sorry to go so the idea of giving it to someone who really loves it is quite nice.Pretty sure we are going to accept and get motoring on more serious and focussed viewing for our purchase now.

lovely place there wj, i can see why someone is stretching themselves to own it. i've been through this similar turmoil before but on a smaller scale (on lettings) but it felt the same nonetheless.
in this market offers can be quite fickle so if you have someone with the readies, is paying over asking and is in a solid position then i wouldn't dick about to be honest
