I agree, amount of work required on top of that asking price - some big wedge.
@Dammit you won't get away with some filling, plastering and a couple of layers of emuilsion in there. However I'd leave the bathroom as is cos it looks wicked
Any idea how much the church charges for exorcisms these days? I'd get a priest in rather than a surveyor
