I recently got this in Belgium
compared to this, the seat tube has been some what trimmed compared to this example
this complete example was listed here from Scandinavia (I think), I contacted vendor to see if they had any info on frame,both have the same chain stay decal/protector, and both frames are the same, the forks on mine are slightly different, web searches have been fruitless in the hunt for other examples, so they could be quite rare
