Actually a truism: never met anyone on a recumbent who wasn't a grump. It's like they think you're trying to talk to them so you can say 'woah man what the hell are you riding, it's nuts'. If a bender (my new name for them) actually deigns to speak to you, it's only to say that recumbents are really fast.
I hate them.
