I wrote a post about it on TT forum then deleted it because Bender Rodriguez was asking and he's a tit. Basically for trained athletes you want to aim for <150mm, from what Limits have said I think it's 15mm each side extra so you're never going to get close to that (ie. using mega low Q cranks you'll bottom out at mid 130s), and it'll push most people out to high 170s with normal cranks, which is definitely bad - not just from an efficiency perspective but also knee tracking/injury potential. We did loads of work on that at a range of Q Factors.
