Sticker from a frame builder in aix les Bain french Alps, to Paris La cipale.
Special serie mercier f1 from the 80'
Tubing super vitus light for this time.
All tubes are aero even fork
Size
56 seat tube
58.5 top tube
Fork 1" and 22mm for stem

Headset ofmega, bb French and special seat post with quill.
I think 180£ for frame fork bb head set seat post.
