How do you say "give me whatever you don't want to remove, but I don't want to pay for it"?

You should have agreed that as part of the offer initially.

But "I assume all fittings and contents unless otherwise stated are part of the agreed sale price and request this be confirmed in the contract" might work, probably not with foxtons though
