He means that your Lee Cooper rack which looks like a Soma porteur rack needs a longer strut to be leveled out.

cheers, I've noticed it now looking at the photo's again,
I've got another bolt hole to use on the strut so I think dropping it forwards one more will level it out a bit,

Agreed is shares similarities with the Soma... everyones got to take inspiration from somewhere i suppose!
