  • i might try BCAAs first thing in the morning. It worries me that ive slept for 8 hours and i then get up get dressed, go riding, re dress at work and only sit down for 'break-fast' at 8:30. Thats 2.5 hours willingly catabolic after an 8 hour fast.

  • I've started to workout fasted, including kettlebells and no muscle loss.

    Now, if you're super lean or dieting hard it may be a different story as your body has 0 reserve to dig into.
