Vintage Cilo bike, Durifort tubing, cheap project

Apparently Cilo made pretty decent bikes. Durifort tubing, it's pretty damn light considering all the crap(stand, mudguards, steel seat post ect) that is on it. Gnutti high flange hubs with stainless spokes laced to what I believe are Wolber Super competition champion alloy rims. Beautiful wheelset, perfectly true, just need a clean and new tires. The rest is a mix of stuff, weinman brakes, shimano shifters and mechs, thunderbird front mech if that means anything to anyone?
Best bet would probably to strip it down and do a ss conversion with the existing wheels as they are so nice. I didn't measure the frame, but it's located in tottenham hale and anyone is welcome to come and check it out. I'm after £100, which is fair considering I've sold similar wheelsets for £70/80 alone.
