Ah, okay. Some immediate indication of how old the post is (for me, the important detail is: Is it just a few posts up, and worth scrolling up, or is it pages back, in which case I'll open it in another tab) would be handy.
What would be awesome -IMO -would be a pop up of the actual post.

Just to revisit this, I'm not sure about anyone else, but I'm finding it so hard to keep track of who is saying what to whom. The link just means taking an age to traipse off, find the original comment, come back, find where you were, and continue reading.
Very occasionally posts get deleted, numbers shift, but I would posit that for the vast majority of the time, being able to get a pop-up of the original post being replied to would be utterly awesome.
When someone replies to an earlier post, their post is headed, eg:-
"GF in reply to @Veelocio"
It would be useful if it could say:
"GF in reply to @Veelocio in post 12"
I know there's a link, but personally I'd find it useful to see at a glance how old the post being replied to is.
