Having not been running for a while, I did 2x2hr runs at the weekend, which were slow and painful, so decided to enter a 10k to kick myself back into shape. Only instead I entered a 30 miler in 2 wks time and a 100 miler at the end of May. Should be interesting, if a little fatal.
