Question on Stages please: I have a Dura Ace 7900 BB, and then a Shimano compact crankset (not entirely sure what R something?, could find out if important).

If I went with Stages is the Shimano 105 compatible? Or only the more expensive Dura Ace 7900? Or neither. There's virtually no weight saving between the two.

I'd say you have to check just in case - XT doesn't swap with XTR, the XTR crank spindle isn't long enough for the fatter XT crank arm.
