I'd guess it's a tt/aero model,does it take a 650 front wheel?,looks like decals are original,and a chromovelato type finish,so could be a Montello tt,colnago had a Mexico tt, the only Mexico with crimps inside the ds and non ds chain stays
this model has a lot of similarities with yours (fine piece btw)
internal tt cable guides,apparently one set of bidon cage mounts, center position for dt shifters and internal routing for rd cable
so, off the top of my head, i'd go with it being a pretty rare Montello model
