The lfgss jerseys were done by http://milltag.cc/
-

Miltag like Hugo said or capo will both do custom kits/jerseys. I think capo have a minimum order policy though
-
• #4
Endura as well.

if he wants reasonably priced he has to have a moq, there is no way around that

Looking for more custom jersey recommendations please.
As this thread is 2 years old there must be a few more options by now. -

Moa ! I would say biorace but customer service is lousy and the sizes are totally efd up now the birmingham cycle show had loads of companies jumping on the bandwagon many from the asian market so try and stick with a reputable uk company. Eg lusso

Definitely wanted to use a UK company.

Recommendations for custom caps? I don't mean cheap sh*t with a print on, I'm looking for good quality caps that can survive sweat, rain, washing machines and still have a visor that is visor shaped.
Walz?
-
• #10
Milltag will do ya, I know they do several different types of cap. MOQ applies of course... in fact I don't know if they do caps on their own without kit? Can't hurt to ask.

Walz are fucking great. I used them last year for our club, and they are hands down the best quality caps I've ever seen.
They do use a softer peak, but I've found it way more comfortable than the more rigid kind. They also offer sizes which is good for those of us with a touch of the Merrick.

By softer peaks, I assume they still hold their shape and still go up/down and stay in place?
Our current kit must contain card in the visor, one soaking and it crumples up and stops working, just flaps around! Same goes for other stuff I've had from Cinelli, LMNH etc.

That sounds rubbish. Not had any that bad, but have had a couple of plastic ones snap which is no good :(
Yep there's a bit of flex to them, they sometimes get a tiny bit of a ripple across the peak but they fold up/down fine and stay where you put them. I think I remember Walz saying the flex stopped them from snapping, or from digging in to your heard when pointed up.
You can kinda bend them around bulky helments if you like to wear your peak up a lot.

If you're talking about the blue ones, the dye nearly completely goes on the first drop of rain too. Really shoddy produce.

Indeed, new bespoke project with Neil in the works! Want to make sure we get something top quality. I love my rapha cap but not sure they'll be interested...!

Are the visors huuuge; do ride with mine up quite a bit. I guess Walz are aimed more at lidless riders.
-
• #17
Not particularly! Normal size, I'd say.

Any jersey and bib short recommendations?

I have loved working with Kalas for a few different designs now. I'm on my phone so can't share that much info, but check out http://www.kalas.co.uk
-
• #22
One of my local clubs use Kalas: obviously Kalas aren't responsible for the pony design, but the fit on everything I've seen is poor and either the club are coining it in or Kalas are a bit pricey.
-
• #23
Kalas kit of 1 or 2 years ago is not the same as the current stuff.
-
• #24
Annoying lack of price info. Don't really want to go through the whole pre-order process to get a ballpark figure.
2/10 would not bother.
-
• #25
Probably need to bother before forming an opinion?
Prices obviously depend on details.
I wanna design and print my own jersey/bibs, and get a bunch of them printed, but can't find a company that looks serious enough, where I can download a template, design my stuff, send it back, and get a reasonably priced, good quality kit sent to me. Any ideas?
